Personally, this is my favorite online photo editor, and I use this one for editing my Instagram photos. It contains over 650 filters, Fantastic face photo montages, photo frames, animated effects,  face in hole effects to become Iron Man, Darth Vader or Mona Lisa. It has both free and a paid version, the paid version costs only $1/Rs 65. Go try out the free one, and if you liked it, I will highly recommend buying the paid one.
